This PROACTIVE approach to design addresses the need to acknowledge and seek a wide range of backgrounds throughout the design process to ensure maximum visual digestion of information for our global community. Our goal with this approach is to ENHANCE EQUITY in messaging put forth by small-business, corporate, nonprofit, institutions and government entities.
We have a shared understanding that harm can unknowingly be created through design choices, but can be minimized when working alongside our audiences, not in place of them. We accept THE RESPONSIBILITY and practice self-reflection, awareness, and cultural competence when creating design pieces.
