New Executive Offices & Entrepreneurial Center (eCenter) Coming to the Historic Westside — Opening Summer 2027

Located next to Nucleus Plaza at 1150 W. Owens Avenue, the 4,000-square-foot development is designed to stimulate economic activity along the corridor by attracting new workers and visitors while supporting local entrepreneurs. The project will include a 1,400 sq ft eCenter that will serve as a home for classes, workshops, meetings, and community events, along with 1,600 sq ft of office space for MYS Firm and Sumnu Marketing. Offering mentorship, collaborative space, and programs focused on business formation, sustainability, and workforce development, the new development also aligns with city-led Historic Westside revitalization efforts, including the HUNDRED Plan and the Las Vegas 2050 Master Plan, advancing long-term growth and job creation.
