ERIN HASTY
Program Manager
Erin Hasty is a public policy strategist and cross-sector program leader with over a decade of experience advancing equity, economic development, health, and workforce opportunity across government and nonprofit sectors. Driven by a deep belief that systems should work for everyone, Erin has dedicated her career to expanding access to the programs, resources, and opportunities that allow communities, and the people within them, to truly thrive.
Before entering policy, Erin worked as a special education teacher, where she witnessed firsthand how the barriers her students faced outside the classroom (housing instability, food insecurity, lack of healthcare) followed them inside it. That experience became the foundation of her public service career, and her conviction that changing outcomes for people requires changing the systems around them has guided every role since.
In the years that followed, Erin rose to senior advisory positions within multiple Nevada Governor’s offices, where she led initiatives spanning healthcare innovation, maternal health, workforce development, and federal grant strategy. She has secured and managed multimillion-dollar federal grants, built coalitions across competing institutional interests, and translated complex policy into real community impact.
Erin brings to her work not only deep policy expertise and project management experience, but a genuine, abiding commitment to the communities she serves.
