Ms. Silva brings over 10 years of project management experience to the M.Y.S. team, having led complex projects across multiple industries and spent much of her time developing and supporting diversity and inclusion programming. Being born and raised in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, diversity, inclusion, and cultural competency have always been matters very close to her heart.

In continuing her academic pursuits, Barbara earned her master’s degree in Business Administration from the same institution and proceeded to attain a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

As a former collegiate athlete, Barbara is a firm believer in dedication, mutual support, and team collaboration. She is grateful for finding, in project management, a meaningful way to transpose those values into her professional life.
