Deirdre currently serves as the Grant Program Manager at M.Y.S. Firm, where she spearheads the Diversity Certified program, an initiative aimed at supporting small and diverse businesses in Southern Nevada. Leveraging over a decade of experience in program management, Deirdre’s role is pivotal in facilitating the certification process for these businesses.
Before joining M.Y.S. Firm, Deirdre built a rich career history assisting large certification programs through the strategic implementation of candidate management software. She held key positions in technology operations, where she managed data migration and software implementations within the certification industry. Deirdre’s proficiency in navigating complex technological landscapes and her knack for streamlining processes played a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of these projects.
Harnessing her expertise in technology, she leads internal efforts to grow and innovate the company’s technology initiatives.
